At Peachy King Builders LLC, we strive to provide quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every project.
Estimates and Deposits
Deposits may be required before work begins. Deposits are used to secure scheduling, labor, and materials.
Once materials have been purchased or work has commenced, deposits may become non-refundable.
Service Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address workmanship-related concerns.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Services were paid for but not performed.
Billing errors occurred.
Work could not be completed due to circumstances within our control.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds generally will not be provided for:
Completed labor and services.
Materials purchased specifically for a customer's project.
Changes requested after work has begun.
Delays caused by weather, customer scheduling conflicts, or circumstances beyond our control.
