By requesting services from Peachy King Builders LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Peachy King Builders LLC provides residential and commercial building, repair, maintenance, and related services. Specific services, pricing, and project details will be agreed upon before work begins.
Estimates
Any estimate provided is based on information available at the time of inspection or consultation. Additional work, materials, or unforeseen conditions may result in adjustments to the final project cost.
Payments
Payment is due according to the terms outlined in the estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
We accept payments through approved payment methods, including Stripe and other authorized payment processors.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate project information.
Allow reasonable access to the work site.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Obtain any required permissions for work to be performed on the property.
Project Delays
Peachy King Builders LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather conditions
Supply shortages
Utility interruptions
Government actions
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Limitation of Liability
Peachy King Builders LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Warranty
Any workmanship warranty, if provided, will be stated in writing and apply only to the specific services performed.
Normal wear and tear, customer modifications, misuse, neglect, or acts of nature are not covered.
Cancellation
Customers should notify us as soon as possible if a scheduled service must be canceled or rescheduled.
Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has commenced.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
